This Property Management service can be charged over 2 types of fee structures,

  • 80%+VAT for tenant find and 10%+VAT for management.
  • No let fee and a continuous management fee of 15%+VAT

The second option is preferred from landlords that want to have a fixed monthly charge, spreading the cost of finding tenants over the duration of the tenancy.
